Who we are

Intelligence Amplified is a London-based AI consultancy. For data protection purposes, the data controller is Intelligence Amplified, contactable at admin@intelligence-amplified.ai.

What information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, your email address, and any other information you choose to include in your message. We may also automatically log technical information your browser sends (for example, IP address) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis under UK GDPR is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the contact form. We do not add you to any marketing list without separately asking for that consent.

Who we share it with

We use Brevo (EU-hosted) as our email-sending processor. Brevo processes your name, email and message content on our behalf and does not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for up to two years from your last contact with us, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccuracies corrected; have your data deleted; restrict how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@intelligence-amplified.ai. We will respond within one calendar month.

Complaints

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. For material changes we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
